Lord, in the name of Jesus and the power of his blood, I come against the strongholds and every high thing in ________’s mind which exalts itself against the knowledge of God. Release her (his) mind to obedience to Christ.
Because the days are evil, let ________ make the most of every opportunity you present to her (him), being careful to live, not unwisely but by responding to life with great wisdom. Teach ________ to number her (his) days, gaining a great heart of wisdom.
Lord, help ________ to not get off track, either left or right, so as to make sure she (he) gets to where you want her (him) to be. Remind ________ to not for a minute let your Book of Revelation out of her (his) mind, but to ponder and meditate on it day & night, making sure she (he) practices everything written in it. Then she (he) will get where she (he) is going, then she (he) will succeed. Haven’t you commanded her (him)? “Strength! Courage! Don’t be timid; don’t get discouraged. God, your God is with you every step you take.
(The first of every month will be a prayer for the mother of my children…me!)
Lord, thank you that I can trust that You who began a good work in my children will bring that work to completion…and you’re fully capable of accomplishing your purpose without my help.
Dear (Dayna, Danyel & Steven), I’ve dropped everything to write you about this life of salvation that we have in common. I have to write insisting – begging! – that you fight with everything you have in you for this faith entrusted to us as a gift to guard and cherish…Carefully build yourselves up in this most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit, staying right at the center of God’s love, keeping your arms open and outstretched, ready for the mercy of our Master Jesus Christ. This is the unending life, the real life!…And now to him who can keep you on your feet, standing tall in his bright presence, fresh and celebrating – to our one God, our only Savior, through Jesus Christ, our Master, be glory, majesty, strength, and rule before all time, and now, and to the end of all time. Yes. (Jude 3,4,21,21,24,25 The Message)
