Daily Prayer from Philippians 3:10-11

I pray that ________ will want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. Put in her (his) heart a desire to die to herself (himself), suffering with Christ and sharing in his death, so that one way or another she (he) will experience the resurrection from the dead. Philippians 3:10-11

Daily Prayer from Philippians 3:8-9

I pray that ________ will consider everything as worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus as her (his) Lord. For Christ's sake, let her (him) discard everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that she (he) can gain Christ and become one with him. Help her (him) to no longer count on her (his) own righteousness through obeying the law; rather, to become righteous through faith in Christ. For your way of making us right with yourself depends on faith. Philippians 3:8-9

Father, continue to bring ________ up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, setting her (his) feet upon a rock making her (his) footsteps firm. Put a new song in her (his) mouth, a song of praise to you, God, so that many will see and fear and trust in you, Lord. Psalm 40:2

Daily Prayer from Galatians 5:22-23

God, I pray that ________ would live her (his) life your way. When she (he) does, you will bring gifts into her (his) life, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard—things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. She (He) will develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that a basic holiness permeates things and people. She (He) will find herself (himself) involved in loyal commitments, not needing to force her (his) way in life, able to marshal and direct her (his) energies wisely. Galatians 5:22-23

Daily Prayer from Ephesians 6:5-8

I pray that ________ would respectfully obey her (his) earthly masters but always with an eye to obeying the real master, Christ. Lord, help ________ to not just do what she (he) has to do to get by, but to work heartily, as Christ's servant doing what God wants her (him) to do. And to work with a smile on her (his) face, always keeping in mind that no matter who happens to be giving the orders, she (he) really is serving God. Good work will get her (him) good pay from the Master. Ephesians 6:5-8
