Daily Prayer from Psalm 131:1-2

Father, I pray that ________ would not try to rule the roost, or be king of the mountain. Let her (him) not meddle where she (he) has no business or fantasize grandiose plans. Let her (him) keep her (his) feet on the ground and cultivate a quiet heart. Like a baby content in its mother's arms, let her (his) soul have a baby's contentment. Psalm 131:1-2
